We had a Firefox Launch Party at our office to celebrate the launch of Firefox 2.0. It was a grand success. We have invited a dozen people from different companies in Chennai. There were demos, talks and discussion on Firefox 2.0. We ended the party with a Pizza party. We were worried that the participation will be curtailed by the incessant rain. Fortunately, almost all of the invited participants turned up. We will update this post with photos later.

It is a very interesting interview about the origins of PHP, about the general feeling among the community that PHP is not secure, etc. If you are using PHP application or if you are planning to implement one in your organization, it is worth listening to this interview.
